Workplace Learning

Workplace Learning (WPL) is a Department of Education endorsed program which enables students to experience the workplace environment in their chosen area of interest. The program operates one day per week and the work hours a student accumulates is recognised as units (subject equivalent) toward graduation. Sevenoaks Senior College has an outstanding reputation in Perth as a senior secondary campus that values an holistic and culturally inclusive approach to learning and draws on the potential each person has to contribute to community life. This is reflected in the reports and feedback WPL students received during and after their placements in 2014:
