Student Leadership Camp

The tranquil bush setting in Byford was the location of the two night leadership camp for the newly elected Year 11 and 12 Student Guild. It was in this setting that the 19 students were challenged to test their grit and determination and to step outside their comfort zone. A high ropes course, six metres above the ground tested the students’ sense of balance and trust. Other team building challenges included a blind trail obstacle course and food preparation. Students also worked on their organisation and leadership skills whilst planning a major fundraising event.
