School Photo Day – Tuesday 13 June

We have an upcoming school photo day in just under 2 weeks! 

When?

TUESDAY 13 JUNE 

Zones 3, 4 and Lunch 

Where?

School Gymnasium 

What to wear?

School uniform polo, no jumpers for school photos. Please ensure your child is wearing a school polo on photo day. 
We will have a limited number of spare polos available for students to change into if necessary. 

How will the day run?

Students will go to their normal Advocacy class in Zone 3. Advocacy will be extended to Zone 4 so students will stay with their advocate class for 2 hours instead of 1. Each Advocate teacher will be allocated a timeslot for their class to move to the Gym for the group photo. After the group photo, students will move to the next station and have their individual headshot taken. Students will then return with their Advocate teacher to their advocacy classroom. 

Can I see and purchase the photos? 

Absolutely! All students will have already received a photo order envelope in Advocacy on Tuesday or during zones 1-2 today. Students who were absent for both of these zones or who were taking exams are able to collect their envelope from the front office.Students who need to collect their envelope are encouraged to do this ASAP. Parent/caregivers have a number of package options to choose from including digital and print photos of their child.

Student must bring their envelope with them on photo day, regardless of whether you are purchasing photos or not.This is how the photographers correctly match up names and faces for the group photos. 

What else will the photos be used for? 

These school photos will also be used for the Yearbook and for events such as the Year 12 Presentation Ceremony.
