College Ball Update

Dear students

As you are aware the College Ball has been postponed due to COVID vaccination requirements.  To attend the Ball, you will need to be double vaccinated.

We are negotiating with the venue to have the Ball on Friday the 1^st April. 

To make sure that we have sufficient students who are vaccinated or are in the process of completing vaccination requirements you will receive information during advocacy on Tuesday about how we can sight your vaccination certificate. This will be a simple process for all students to follow.

If you intend to bring a guest, you will be required to notify Ms Ivison who will let you know what you will need to do. All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination.

Whilst we are checking your vaccination status here, on the evening you will be required to also show your vaccination status at the venue.

We hope to be in a position to confirm the date of the Ball by the end of next week.

We know that it is a very exciting time for students and we are very keen to make sure the Ball is a huge success.
