Canning Art Award

Two Sevenoaks Photography students were winners at the recent Act – Belong – Commit Canning Art Award. The awards celebrate artwork from the local artistic community and encourage originality and creativity in the pieces. The two succesful students were Jake Vitaljich and Royce Dine.

Jake received first prize in the Youth Photography category for his photograph with the judges comments of “A thoughtful and imaginative composition. Technically well handled. Very Sharp.” Royce was the winner of the City of Canning Resident of School Attendee Award of Excellence for his photograph titled “Christmas in summer”.
