Dear Parent/Carer
Our Year 12 Presentation Ceremony will be held on Saturday, 19 October 2024.
We would be delighted if you could join us to help celebrate the completion of your son/daughter’s secondary schooling, as we acknowledge the achievements of all Year 12 students and farewell them. Details are as follows:
Time: Students to arrive by 11:45am for rehearsal
Doors open for guests at 2:10pm for a 2:30pm start. Please note that guest seats are not assigned. Seating will work on a first come, first served basis.
Where: Curtin Stadium, Building 111, Curtin University
Kent Street, Bentley
Parking: Free parking is located in area PB1 (right next to the Stadium). Please refer to the map attached to the permission form.
Cost: Guests: $15.00 per ticket
Year 12 Students: $30.00 – Gown hire and sash to keep
(Student Presentation ticket is subsidised by the school)

Other: Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and snacks with them to the rehearsal. There is a water refill station inside the stadium.
Could you please complete the attached permission and order form and return to the front office with payment by Friday, 13 September 2024. Please note, all students received a hard copy of this letter in Advocacy on Tuesday 13 August. Spare hard copies are available for collection in the Library and Front Office.
Tickets will be distributed as permission forms are returned and payment is made.
Please be aware that any lost tickets will need to be repurchased. Only ticket holders will be given access to the venue on the day (excluding students who do not require a ticket).
